By accessing or using Tonigrams ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tonigrams allows parents to connect a Creative Tonie and share a recording link with family and friends. Contributors can record stories, songs, and messages through their browser. Recordings are moderated by AI, reviewed and approved by the parent, and then synced to the child's Creative Tonie.
To set up a Tonie and manage recordings, you must create an account using Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Contributors (family and friends who record) do not need an account. They access the recording page through a shared link and identify themselves by name.
Each Tonigram uses one credit. New accounts start with 10 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased in packs. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.
Recordings submitted through Tonigrams are intended for children. All recordings are subject to AI content moderation and parent review. You agree not to submit content that is:
We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these guidelines.
You retain ownership of the audio content you record and submit through Tonigrams. By submitting a recording, you grant us a limited license to process, store, moderate, and deliver your recording to the designated Creative Tonie as part of the Service.
The Tonigrams name, logo, and website design are our property and may not be used without permission.
Tonigrams integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google), Twilio, and the Tonies platform. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that recordings will successfully sync to a Creative Tonie, as this depends on third-party services and hardware.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tonigrams and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
